This course prepares students for a career in UAS or further education in the applied technology fields surrounding UAS.  In Year 1, students will work to obtain their Part 107 Certified Unmanned Pilot's License through the FAA and become comfortable piloting, building, and servicing a variety of drones.  The Year 2 course of UAS will have students apply their learning in a variety of fields including law enforcement, agriculture, real estate, technology, etc.  As a capstone project for the course, students will building their own drones, pilot a mission of their choice, process the data obtained, and present it in a professional manner.
